Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we increase insight into thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns. The goal is to achieve a better understanding of oneself to inspire positive change. I provide guidance and tools to help manage stress, interpersonal conflict, and challenging situations.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy focuses on deepening the understanding between couples. We discuss conflict management skills, communication techniques, best practices for compromise, reparing trust and processing past hurts, creating rituals for connection, and more.

  • Consultation

    Free (15 minutes)

    During the consultation, we discuss what is bringing you to therapy. Briefly share about your current symptoms and history of the issue. Feel free to bring up any questions, concerns, and scheduling needs.

  • Initial Intake Session

    Individual Intake $225 (55-60 minutes)

    In the intake session we discuss in depth what is currently impacting you and assess symptoms you are experiencing. Sometimes rating scales are administered. With this information we discuss treatment options and treatment planning.

    Couples Intake $225 (55-60 minutes)


    For couples therapy an online assessment is administered while gathering history on the relationship, relationship functioning, and personal histories. Lastly, an in depth review of the assessment findings and treatment planning is discussed.

  • Individual & Couples Session

    Individual Therapy: $200 (45-50 minutes)


    Couples Therapy: $225 (50-55 minutes)

    In these sessions we work towards reaching treatment goals through processing, reflection, and introducing new skills and techniques.

  • Parent Session

    
$100 (30 minutes)


    Sessions with parents involve discussing treatment goals, concerns, and support in implementing interventions at home.
